Before joining the Wetherington, Ben Levy worked at one of the largest personal injury firms in the country, where he helped evaluate and litigate thousands of cases involving serious injuries and wrongful death. 

Within just three years of graduating law school, Ben became one of the youngest attorneys in Georgia to win over ten civil jury trials. Since then, he has built a reputation for mastering witness depositions, anticipating defense tactics, and presenting evidence in ways that truly resonate with juries.

Ben’s background in insurance defense gives him a critical edge.
